I've been an artist since I was a child drawing at the kitchen table, a designer since I started designing playbills for my high school drama productions, and a self-certified professional since I'd finished over 100 website designs at a marketing agency. While sheer determination and years of overtime built my skills, an unforeseen opportunity turned my hand towards UX design.
